Requirements for a KPD Drexel Scholarship

(Notes: 1. Our scholarships are for full-time undergraduate students only, for attendance at Drexel University only, and are for the
academic year of 2009-2010. 2. We charge no fees for our services.
A. What is required of you, the applicant:
1. You are or will be enrolled in the Louis Stein Minor of the Judaic Studies Program at Drexel University.

2. You have a GPA of 2.50 minimum in your high school and college work.

B. We, the KPD Drexel Scholarship Fund will provide the successful applicant(s), via Drexel University, with a
scholarship grant of $1000 to $4000 for participation during the school year from Sept 1, 2009 to August 31, 2010 as
follows: $1000 for each 3-unit course completed in the Lewis Stein Minor of the Judaic Studies Program.
1. The scholarships are open to freshmen, sophomores, pre-juniors, juniors, and seniors. The scholarship grant will be applied
to your financial aid package in 2010.
2. The 24 unit Minor is valued at $8000 and must be completed prior to the third quarter term of the Senior year.
3. The grant for the first 3-unit course taken will be released when the candidate completes the entire 24-unit Minor program..
4. Scholarship grant money will be provided after the successful completion of a course.
Note: You are no longer required to be "financially needy".
